Dr. Amir Ali Salemi Zadeh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JTA International Investment Holding and serves as Chairman of all subsidiary companies within the Group. Since assuming leadership of JTA in 2010, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the Group’s activities across diverse industries and international markets. Under his leadership, JTA has evolved into a diversified investment holding company with a growing global presence. Dr. Salemi Zadeh holds a PhD in Strategic Management and possesses extensive expertise in corporate leadership, international investments, business development, strategic partnerships, and large-scale project management. Throughout his professional career, he has successfully led numerous investment projects and strategic collaborations, contributing significantly to sustainable growth and long term value creation. His entrepreneurial journey began at the age of sixteen while still in school, when he became actively involved in initiatives focused on cultural development, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship. During his university years, he managed several small businesses, laying the foundation for the extensive managerial and commercial experience that would later define his career. Recognized for his strategic vision, innovation, commitment to organizational excellence, and ability to lead complex business enterprises, Dr. Salemi Zadeh has received several prestigious international awards and distinctions. In 2021, he was honored by the World Confederation of Businesses with the Excellence in Business Management Award, the Successful Leader Award, and the Excellence in Quality Management Award. In the same year, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year Asia by Global Banking & Finance Review. During the COVID 19 pandemic, Dr. Salemi Zadeh’s foresight, resilience, and strategic leadership played a crucial role in successfully guiding the JTA Group through unprecedented global challenges. As a result of this achievement, JTA was recognized by the World Confederation of Businesses as the Inspirational Company of the Year 2021, in recognition of its remarkable growth and outstanding performance during a period of global uncertainty. Today, Dr. Amir Ali Salemi Zadeh is recognized as a respected international business leader and investor who remains committed to promoting entrepreneurship, advancing investment opportunities, empowering future generations, and creating sustainable economic growth across global markets.

He graduated from “Pierre et Marie Curie University” (Paris VI) and the Pasteur Institute in Paris. In addition to holding three doctorates and PhD in Industrial Pharmacy, Biotechnology, and Vaccination, he has authored over twenty-five original studies and filed four patents for novel drugs that treat Colon Cancer, Bladder Cancer, and all forms of Chronic Inflammation. He has over 35 years of expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare marketing in the Middle East, Europe, South Korea, China, India, and South American countries.

He has a Post-Doc in Global Small and Medium Enterprises Management from FHM, Germany and has a PhD in Engineering Management and DBA in Strategic Management. He has over than 30 years of deep expertise in leading international strategic partnerships and managing well-known construction company, investment holding and multidisciplinary companies. He is the official representative of the London Institute of Skill and Development (LISD) in the Middle East in the field of consulting and training of SMEs and has published many books and articles in the field of management and business and is a Member of the editorial board of scientific journals.
